Yogiando became acquainted with CorePower Yoga Santa Barbara back in 2013 by casually taking a stroll downtown Santa Barbara. Located in the 1100 block of State Street, their quarters are right on the heart of a historical building between Anapamu Street and Figueroa Street. This has been one of my favorite spots to just be, due to the openness of the architectural riches of the courtyard. Strolling through the courtyard, I saw the windows all covered up with white paper, a beautiful sign overhead “CorePower Yoga”, immediately capturing my attention. I attended their opening night, where I had the chance to tour the two level facilities.
CorePower Yoga first level has a beautiful open like foyer where the main reception area welcomes Yogis, two studios, simply enjoy the warm fireplace.
The bottom floor holds the space for well-aired, clean and spacious showers, vanity areas, and locker rooms for both genders.
